Hourly Rates: $15 Per Hour

As fellow musicians, we absolutely know about the wants and needs of performers and song writers; Those things are simple. You want a professional and clean room, a suitable writing environment, and the ability to be as loud as possible with the least amount of punitive repercussions.

The BURB has designed our rooms to accommodate live music. All of our ceilings are 12' high allowing for an open and inviting space. Your sound was in mind, with no skimping. We have built our walls double thick walls to lessen room-to-room noise bleed and insulation. We've also suspended our P.A. system and speakers to maximize our room's floor space and sound. Centrally Air conditioned, the rooms stay cool and comfortable while you play.

For your experience

 Although our building has central air conditioning, we have installed a personalized touch to each room with your own controllable AC unit for your own specific needs and comfort. 

No big deal...enjoy!
