Monthly Band Practice Space

Monthly rehearsal rooms have filled up fast. We recommend if you're interested in having your band reserve a spot email The Burb to get on the waiting list or call and leave a detailed message. 

It's worth it to be on there even if you have a space now. We'll call you when we have a spot open!

Welcome to The Burb. We offer rental space services for music groups in the north Pinellas County, FL area that not a lot of places can keep up with. Monthly rentals spaces with 24 hour access, hourly rental rooms, and a DIY showcase venue. We are currently open for monthly rental, it is first come, first serve. So get on the list now!!! I promise you, IT WILL FILL UP!
