Welcome to The Burb. We offer rental space services for music groups in the north Pinellas County, FL area that not a lot of places can keep up with. Monthly rentals spaces with 24 hour access, hourly rental rooms, and a DIY showcase venue. We are currently open for monthly rental, it is first come, first serve. So get on the list now!!!
