Last Night's Open Mic at The Independent (Clearwater)

Last night went splendidly at The Independent Bar in Clearwater. The open mic was definitely fun and we got to meet a couple new comers to the scene. Next open mic night at The Independent (website & Facebook page) will be on 10/15/2013. Can't wait.

First Annual Burb-BQ: Grand Opening Party

Week 2 of The Ritz Band Series in Ybor tonight!

Tonight is going to be very fun! Please come out and show your support for these bands, and for your boys at The Burb. We'll have a table set up with stickers and all sorts of propaganda to litter the place. 

That being said, we have VIP status in da club! We have our own section with couches of the finest leather, endless drinks, and a rowdy crowd to mess with. Don't be a stiff. Come out tonight.

Jeff Hanneman Died

I will forever thrash in your honor. Jeff Hanneman, the lead guitarist of metal band, Slayer, died yesterday. He was an amazingly talented and influential musician. Slayer and the metal world will never be the same. I will be listening to Reign in Blood at full volume the rest of the week.
